PROCESSING ORDERS
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9a.m.-6p.m. EST. We are closed on weekends and all major American holidays.
SHIPPING/ TRACKING INFORMATION
For security reasons all shipments require a signature at the receiving location.
~Standard Shipping: This option is offered to the 48 contiguous states via FedEx ground home delivery is FREE . Your FedEx tracking number will be sent to your email address 24-48 hours after payment has cleared. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
~Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico: There is a $25.00 charge on all orders shipped to these locations using USPS.
~Canada: There is a $45.00 charge on all orders shipped to Canada. We use USPS for orders to Canada.
~Expedited Shipping Service: Please contact us if you would like us to "Rush" your order, we will use FedEx 2day Select, please note they do not deliver on Weekends or Holidays.

Before paying with PayPal please make sure your address in PayPal is the confirmed address you would like the item to be shipped to. We can not change the address once payment has been processed.
Florida residents are subject to 7% sales tax.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
We provide a 30 day limited warranty on all products we sell, unless otherwise noted on original description of product. This warranty includes any hardware defects and EXCLUDES any software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. We do not warranty the batteries.
BATTERY CONDITION
We do not warranty or guarantee in any way that this battery will hold a charge. This battery is untested we do not test used batteries.
Batteries, by their nature do not typically have long lives and are generally quite unpredictable. We do not test laptop batteries and have no way of knowing how long the battery that comes with your laptop will last. We cannot guarantee that the battery that comes with this laptop will hold any kind of charge. If a battery is important to you please search for this particular model of laptop on eBay most can be found for less than $40. This section is very clear in stating our term ...WE DO NOT WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OUR LAPTOP BATTERIES... We do guarantee that your laptop will work perfectly off of the AC adapter which is included with your purchase.
RETURNS
All returns must obtain a RMA number "Return Merchandise Authorization" from Customer Support. We will not accept any package without a RMA number. Your RMA number is only valid for 15 days. If you do not want a repair or exchange we will offer a refund only within the first 7 days of receipt. The original shipping charges and/or return shipping charges are nonrefundable. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be shipped back to us in the original packaging.
